I've enjoyed working with Geoff, he's got a great attitude, very honest and definitely puts his clients best interest to heart. His whole time has been awesome throughout our entire experience. Very professional, kind, accommodating and speedy with information. I will absolutely refer him to any one of my friends who were to be shopping or selling their home in the area.

Wow! Best home buying experience ever! Geoff was a recommendation from a friend and he lived up to the rec and beyond. We got into town and contacted him and were seeing houses the next day. Geoff set up all the appointments and was willing to show us more houses the following day so we could get a quick view of what was on the market and not miss out on anything. Geoff was super patient as we viewed houses and gave his honest opinion about certain houses we were unsure of. We were about to put in an offer on a home when a new one popped up on the market hours before. We drove by and they were having a soft open house with a planned open house the following weekend. Geoff worked his magic in talking with the other realtor, coaching us on a fair offer price, and we were able to submit an offer and have it accepted within a day. We had one speed bump with the appraisal but Geoff handled it very professionally and helped us develop a counter offer that was fair for both parties. We are set to close mid January. Overall, the Goolsby Group was professional, efficient, thorough, and a pleasure to work with!

Working with Geoff and his team was a very informative and good overall experience. Geoff is very knowledgeable and responsive. He provides good feedback and is very calm during stressful and decision making situations. Laura who works with Geoff is one of the best in the industry and she is great at pointing out positive and negative things when showing different properties. She educated my wife and I on each showing, always makes herself available/flexible, and is extremely friendly.
